LA Councilwoman Offers Homeless Solution Amidst Waste & Fraud
Exclusive Interview: Los Angeles City Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez is advancing a new homeless plan as LA deals with an increasing homeless crisis with more people on the streets than ever before. Reporter David Nazar travels to LAs San Fernando Valley to interview Councilwoman Rodriguez about her RV-to-Home program. Nazar investigates if this can be a new local solution given the billions of dollars that critics say have been wasted on other California homelessness programs.
