LA Homeless Waste & Fraud? Where Is Your Taxpayer $$
Where have all the billions of dollars in taxpayer money gone in California to try and solve the homeless crisis in Los Angeles and the Bay Area? Homeless experts say some 24 billion dollars have been spent statewide on this critical situation in the last few years, with no positive results, and with minimal oversight and accountability of homeless funding. Over the next several months, we are going to present a series of interviews, as we slowly, methodically and responsibly, begin to hear from politicians, lawyers, journalists, whistleblowers and homeless advocates to try and explain this unacceptable mismanagement of government overspending
of public funds. This is reporter David Nazar with Part 1 of our special series, as we investigate the problem, and then begin to track where all the money went that was designated for homeless services and programs. Our search begins with collecting research and data to try and “follow the money.” Stay tuned and send us any info you have as we report on this humanitarian crisis.
