How Police Officers Deal With Accountability and Responsibility
Policing the streets of the U.S. is no easy task to say the least. Crime in urban metropolitan cities throughout the nation is soaring and keeping our neighborhoods safe is getting more challenging each day. Police officers have to be everything from cops and therapists to peacemakers and social workers as they arrest criminals and deal with homeless people as well as respond to domestic disturbances and emergencies. The vast majority of police are brave and amazing people who put their lives on the line for us. So just how do cops take personal responsibility for their actions and what do they do when they have to deal with bad cops.
