California Politicians: You Cannot Water Your Own Lawn
Should you be able to water your lawn if you own your own home and pay taxes. Why is it not ok to water your lawn in California. The State of California is insisting residents drastically reduce their water usage. And California Senator Dianne Feinstein agrees. Here is reporter David Nazar.
